I would like to offer you some assistance with that. If you provide (well, you already do, basically
) the numbers, formulas and models, I can rather easily code you a nice Java Application (and Applet). I have a good amount of experience in programming in Java, and although the next university semestre will start in a few days, I think I have the time to do this. So if you are going to port your simulator to Java, don't hesitate to ask me.
