Badge purchases all depend on where your biggest holes are and what your priorities are I guess. I use Rawr to see which potential upgrades gives me the best result for the badges spent. Right now my plan is getting 1) Tank ring 2) Staff 3) Dps ring 4) Dps pants. The staff is definitely a huge upgrade unless you are already sporting the S3 staff.
