What?
Fury DPS decision making is brain dead simple because it's 90% gear and the optimum rotation is a simple precedence order list. You can make a G15 macro to take the thinking out of the rotation and free that up for managing cooldowns.
Bloodrage
Victory Rush
Execute
Bloodthirst
Whirlwind
Berseker Rage (optional and only if improved)
Working that list from the top down you always want to use the first one available.
Record a G15 macro that sends the hot keys for the above skills in the above order (make one without WW for CC safe DPS) and mash it every 1.5s or spam the crap out of it if you want - the only difference will be how much "Ability not ready" spam you get. Toss in HS or Cleave when ever rage is above the threshold you like for using them.
Get a cooldown monitor and pop Rampage every 26-7 seconds and stack trinkets, racials, etc.. as best fits the fight (99% of the time that means when the shaman says "BL inc").
Everyclass has to juggle trinkets, cooldowns, pots, etc... In that regard Fury is no harder or easier than any of the other 26 specs.
