41/17/3 is interesting coming from 35/23/3. I have the same niggling issues as you mention, mainly the lack of SS now that I have the rage to fully abuse it. But I do enjoy never having an issue with rage when a stance change + crit is over half a bar of rage.

I think I put out more singe target dps than before when I ran into a mirror match up Paladin/Warrior team and did 80k to his 50k and the enemy paladin went oom rather quickly. MS is nearly always refreshed every 5 seconds, and a crit means I can WW + MS with rage to spare for HS/Piercing/Sunder while still going full bore on someone. But I'd like to run with a Shaman to see if it's even worth it or I should go back to the standard hybrid spec.
