Totally anecdotal, however while running back from a wipe on H Terrace earlier tonight (on Kael), after casting RF, BoW, and Conc aura, a druid started spamming a lifebloom roll on me to build up his trinket, when I cast all 3 of those at the zone in, at the 3rd boss without getting the lifebloom final heal, suddenly got a proc on the aldor +dam neck.
After staring at the logs for a while, we honestly decided it honestly looks like SA can proc it.
Expect a patch for this, post-haste.
