To add to the green laser strat, while everyone keeps moving (makes it easier to react to the beam catching on you), be sure the nubs in your raid don't "follow" another player, since the beam will end up trailing a player 1-2yd behind him if he has a headstart, so if someone is following him and doesn't notice, it's good bye.
With that said, anyone else have graphics problems on the green laser sometimes? Not that it's stopped us from killing him, but it just seems rather inconsistent when sometimes I can see the green laser, and other times I only see a faint green cloud on the ground that starts moving.
Also.. this is another fight that helps to have your camera zoomed all the way out. I forgot the command (smoeone in my guild posted it), but being able to draw your camera out 50yd helps.
