On my server Cobra Scales were about 15g pre-2.4. They went up to about 30g before the badge vendor, and about 50g today since shes been open (if youre lucky enough to find any).
The big moneymaker I found with the new Badge Vendor was Primal Life and Golden Spellthread. Life went from 12g to over 30g. I only managed to get 2 spellthreads together before the vendor opened and they sold in 20minutes at 425g (normally 300 or less).
With Nethercobra patches the limiting factor appears to be the scales. Primal Air prices have barely moved (up maybe 4g). Ive priced my Nethercobra patches ridiculously (750, normally 550) and a couple have sold. Havnt had as much luck with Runic Spellthread, prices have hardly moved. Though these are all such low-volume items that its hard to draw much from these anecdotes as it really depends on your customer. My personal feeling is that most dps players went after the new weapons, while healers grabbed the pants more often.
