My realm's badge vendor popped about 2 days ago, and my experience was in between the extremes being reported here. Scales, primal life, golden spellthread, shards, essences, and void crystals spiked. Gems and primal airs pretty much stayed put. Runic spellthread and some of the other primals moved but not an extreme percentage. It's worth noting that airs were already pretty high in the week+ leading up to the vendor, not sure about much before that.
