I think we can safely assume that the gloves' 141 ilvl and armor value are simply erroneous, and the rest is correct.

Has anyone made progress on the parry-cap testing front? I could get up to 13,5% reduction, probably straight 15% (if the rating adds up to a full point) when the badge vendor opens, but I'm not sure if I'd really use the legs - and in Badge Money that'd be 1,3k Gold just for testing.
