I don't mind the new rating requirements (though 2.2k is incredibly high), but the new PR system is convoluted and still exploitable. They should be tackling win-trading before point-selling imo. In fact, in seems that putting the small personal rating requirements on all the gear is indirectly stops point-selling anyway.
