HOWEVER, can we please not make this a "my pet doesn't hold aggro" whine thread? Especially before we have all the details and/or PTR testing. For all we know, the base strength of growl is going to be buffed to 2000 TPS so that hunters of all specs have no trouble with aggro.

Oh, I was certain I had read long ago that it was scaling both with pet spelldamage (aka Hunter Attack Power)
and with the pet's own Attack Power. If this is not the case, I freely admit that I was completely wrong.
That said, I certainly agree it's not worth complaining about. My pet hasn't been able to hold aggro past an auto-shot crit for quite a long time, so complaining about any change strikes me as ridiculous.
