This is not true, the buff is still active even upon Felmyst dying.

Just tested on PTR, 5 manned (then a few more joined at the end) the first robot to see if buff was active. Sunwell Radiance is still active, WWS results here, you can see the avoidance by perusing my own file or the mob's attack results. (used a set with over 35% dodge unbuffed and 23% parry). The reduced parry rates are odd, but probably just bad luck.
