Luminous Bluetail now share cooldown with 'lock healthstones (and I guess everything else on that timer) and not mana/healing potions. So they should be of limited use to raiding healers, who aren't otherwise using that cooldown. Bad news is they are now effectively unfarmable: Luminous Bluetail have become a rare drop from within Bloated Giant Sunfish. Bloated Giant Sunfish themselves are under 10% of the catch on Isle of Quel'Danas. Or there my be other sources?
