I tested on both Live and PTR realms now.

On PTR [Figurine - Seaspray Albatross] is still broken, and only restores 750 mana (10 ticks of 75 mana), while [Figurine - Talasite Owl] is actually fixed, and restores the full 900 mana (12 ticks).

Both are broken on Live.
