This type of comment always amuses me. I usually see high level arena players complaining about "no skill" players wearing welfare epics and gear they shouldn’t have access to. How hypocritical. How do you think these players got the shoulders? High level arena players boosting their clients, while at the same time farming teams they should never be playing against. The person you should be complaining about is your high level colleague who is a no scruples money whore point seller.

As far as the changes to honor gear, I completely agree with them. Being able to jump from netherstorm quest greens into "Sunwell Equivalent" loot is pretty ridiculous.

On first glance, this seems like something I'd agree with, but the reality is that some guy in netherstorm greens wouldn't be fighting Sun Well bosses. I was running WSG yesterday on a PUG where 2 full S3 players joined. They were starting their grind for honor banking for the coming season. They just mowed through all these pve/honor/S1 geared pvp players who just like to play BG's. These guys were repeatedly owned until I noticed some of them leaving the BG. There is no ratings ladder in BG's, while there are a ton of people who love to pvp but can't find another descent player or two, who has a compatible work schedule, to form an arena team with. The discrepancy between the average BG player and the top gear for arena is becoming too large. Most high end arena players are die hard pvp'rs. These guys are not spending every minute they play WoW in arenas. They may spend 3-4 hours a week, out of say 10, doing arenas. The other 6 hours they are in BG's beating the crap out of low geared players, who don’t care about arenas, while laughing like a sadistic little kid who likes to drown cats. If they are going to continue this gear disparity, they are going to need to have a rating/gear matching system for BG's, or a ton of players will quit doing pvp.
