On the PTR at present:
For the BG stuff, the prices for the new stuff is the same as the current pieces. New items which have ratings also have the old non-rating piece available for cheap - eg, the current belt is no longer available, since the new belt has no rating, but the boots and bracers which do have rating have the current pieces available for around 3-3.5k less honour.
Season3 stuff has come down in price - chest/head/leg is 1500, shoulders are 1200, gloves 900, weapons are 2100 for main, 900 for off, 3000 for two-hand, caster weapons are 2520, wands are 800. This is cheaper than Season 2 stuff is currently (s2 helms currently are 1630, for instance).
