Generally against rogue teams you want your warrior sitting on the rogue as much as possible, keeping him hamstrung. Try and have him save some rage so he can piercing howl anytime the rogue vanishes and just work him down.
Other advice for you would be to try and prehot yourself if you think you are going to be attacked by a rogue, keep him fairy fired as much as possible and try and do your best to out last the rogues cooldowns with the warrior keeping him slowed and stunned. Once the rogue gets low on cooldowns it becomes pretty simple to stay away from him, just becareful of him restealthing and jumping you again. Also against rogue + another dps, you want to keep them seperated when possible you dont want both a rogue and another dps class nuking you at the same time, bad things happen to you when they do.
