Abolish + HoT up, even pop NS already (just the buff! you can use it either on instant root/cyclone or for HT) and go Bear, try to survive the rushdown. Your warrior should spam harmstring on both of them, thunderclap, demoshout and wear them down. Sometimes it's good to fear early, sometimes later, depending on how fast you go down.
