Possibly the best item that hasn't been brought up yet: [Gnomish Battle Chicken]

Equip and use the trinket before a boss fight (re-equip a normal dps trinket after use), and it will randomly (but almost always) give the buff Battle Squawk which is +5% melee haste to all members of your party for 4 minutes. Permanent drums for 4 minutes, that stack with every other haste buff in the game? Oh yes. Time to make one of your melee go Engineering.

Caveat: The chicken is level 55 and can die easily to AoE before it squawks. Obviously a killer Brutallus item though.
