On the subject of Blessing of Sacrifice:
Rank 1 costs 80 mana and transfers 45 damage per hit. You would have to be damaged (and healed) for 800 damage within 30 seconds just to recoup the mana cost of casting BoSac in the first place. At 45 damage/hit, you'd need to be hit 17 times in 30 seconds.
For max rank BoSac, which costs 135 mana and transfers 104 damage per hit, you'd need 1350 damage to recoup the mana cost, or 13 hits within 30 seconds.
