- Is the Paladin supposed to try and do maximum damage before the mage starts AOEing or can the Mage AOE as soon as the Paladin tags the mobs?

About three pages back I posted a bit of information regarding that strategy:
Twinking tricks/Leveling alts
No the mage should stay in the group until all of the mobs are gathered close to the entrance. The mage can't do any damage at all while in the group, this is very important if you want the leeched character to recieve full amount of experience.
Well looks like this has been fixed as of patch 2.4.2.
