I always inspect players im grouping with for pugs, and with the recent addition of talents, I'm loving blizzard hard. Went heroic Mechanar and discovered I was grouped with a spriest who not only almost exclusively gemmed crit/int, but also had 61pts in shadow. So I kicked him and went about my beeswax.
Fast forward 3 months, new character and I join a good guild for my gearlvl. First raid, what do I see? A mage with 61pts fire. I start to get nervous around here, I had _just_ joined and we had just started pulling. I inspect some more, and voila, a spriest with the blue spellcrit trinket and gemmed for crit&dmg&int.
Im seriously starting to freak out here and what do I discover? The mage is the mage-officer (and has been for a loong time).
Anyway, comforted by the fact that there must be some slack in a 25man raid we keep raiding and the guild turns out to be great. Due to some mystic mixup of magic we pull off some pretty amazing shit (like khazrogal 2nd attempt ever, no sr, with 2 deaths and 5melee dps(and one protpally and a protwarr/tankdruid (who doesnt ff and insists on dpsing in tankgear)) Im honestly baffled at the dps we do considering the gear level we have.(and the amount of ppl doing shit dps)
I dunno, the stars mustve aligned for my new guild :>
