Was it a paladin with
[Libram of Mending] using it? After experiencing this and some testing, I found if Grace of the Naaru (proc from Libram of Mending) is active, I get no MP5 from
[Pendant of the Violet Eye] click. If no Grace of the Naaru, Pendant works fine. As I keep Grace up constantly, I finally swapped out my Pendant
This has been happening since at least 2.4 - I didn't use LibMending before that.
