I see most classes getting several new debuffs, I'd be extremely surprised if they didn't bump up the debuff limit.

Warriors get a +30% to bleeds debuff too... We'll just have to wait and see how these 3 +dmg to bleed debuffs interact.

EDIT: If all 3 were to stack multiplicatively, then we'd have 219.7% bleed damage, which would make even the current version of Rake worth using.
