For mail wearing bank alts, you can get the Unadorned Chain set and leather wearers can wear the Sun Cured set. They are especially noticable in Alliance banks as they can only be purchased at BE vendors in Eversong woods. The boots will accept the run speed enchant so combine one of the sets with the Blood Elf Bandit Mask and the really neat looking BE level 1 weapons and you're nearly unique in SW.
