Thank you Aldriana. As 'class leader' in a casual raiding guild following your advice has made the difference between killing bosses before enrage timers or wiping all night. It's made the difference between fun and reward or frustration and failure.
On a separate note, is it at all possible for you to rehost the file somewhere else? I occasionally get a Data Execution Prevention panic from Windows when all the popup opens after clicking the link. I don't think the 'savefile' site accurately reflects the level of the spreadsheet's quality.
