The first and last of the twelve ticks simply do not happen on live. It's supposed to be 12 ticks of 75 for 900 total, on live servers it's actually 10 ticks for 750.
They fixed the Talasite version in 2.4.2, but for some reason delayed this one until 2.4.3.
