Hmm that's kind of big, a quick check of affliction/ruin shows a 365 personal DPS loss, assuming both locks have a shaman only. This changes if the lock is in the tank group of course, then its definitely not worth it. I'd say whether malediction is worth it or not, depends on what group you're going to be putting the affliction lock in now. If you're going to move him to the tank group, its a DPS loss, in a group with at least a shaman...not so much.
