If the Curse of Elements changes makes Affliction raid worthy, first you have to see how much dps you lose, with BT gear on my Warlock, it is about 500 dps moreso with Sunwell gear.

Then how much you gain, 2.7% more Shadow/Fire damage.

Say you have 2 SPriests with 1500 dps, and 2 Mages and 3 Warlocks with 2000 dps (One Warlock lost 500), so that gives another 338 dps with the Malediction curse, so the answer is no for min-max, but it isn't as bad as it was before.
