Another warrior in my guild slapped on a 2 hander and started swinging at me. Starting swing speed (with torch of the damned) was 3.68, with death frost it was 4.24 and with thunderclap it went to 4.42. I have 3/3 Imp TC and something makes me think that if they did stack his attack would have been way slower than 4.42.
