I'd be interested in how this works with priest self buffs.
Touch of Weakness can proc blackout, so I'd think it would be able to proc this. Things would be interesting if it procced off reflective shield. Permanent -15% attack speed on the rogue/warrior killing me would be much better than +81 healing.
Actually, I'll test this.
