Is deathfrost worth to elemental shamans? or +40 spell dmg is still better?
My account is frozen right now so i cant test by myself, someone can test it for me please?

To be worth of use it must do more than 31.76 damage per cast right? (0.794 LB coef * 40 spelldmg),
that means if this proc every 4.72 casts or earlier it will be better? 150 / 4.72 = 31.77

This also procs on lightning shield and lighting overload? and on second and third targets of CL or just primary?

Oh, and can this proc crit? its based on casting crit chance?

I know that im making a lot of questions, but im really curious about this, sorry >.<
