It would be good to be able to compare gear and such with a spreadsheet that is valuing the correct rotation that you're using. I have already implemented something like this for PvP, but I suppose I could put it in for PvE as well. Not trying to tell anyone what to do, but I would think that if your lag is so bad as to make slam unusable then you'd be MUCH better off going fury I would think. Not using slam, at least for me, is in excess of 20% DPS. However, using unspecced slam is even worse, so if I add a slam-free cycle, it would be chosen by the sheet, so long as slam isn't specced. Since it isn't much work to make a new cycle, most of the time, I'll toss it into the next release.
Speaking of the new version, I apologize for my absence. I've had little time in which to work of the sheet these last few weeks. But, with a little luck, I'll be able to get things sorted out in the next couple days. Possibly even be ready for a release on Friday, but no promises. In fact, most likely it won't be ready by tomorrow, but the chance is there. I think I'll put out a rough beta regardless though. Would be nice to iron out any bugs sooner rather than later.
