I've got a quick question about WoW and Fraps .

I play on a 1680x1050 resolution , but fraps seems to have low FPS.

But i was wondering if this is due my proccesor (2.2ghz dual core amd) or my graphics card? (8800 GTS).
I'm pretty sure its not my hard disc as any SATA disc should be good enough.
Anybody have any idea where the problem could lie?
