Admitedly, we didn't kill him, but tank healing is pretty trivial part of fight(and yes, I did ask for some hints earlier, but solved it on our own). We usually have either 3 shamans, or addional Paladin in place of 2nd priest, but it doesn't matter much. Putting 1 healer full time on humanoid tank and a Shama bouncing chains of him to keep up the DPSers works fine. Obviously, both of them focus on the tank in the beginning, before Berserkers are properly debuffed and tank is in position - sometimes he will be hit in the back, negating all that 75% avoidance for some huge spikes - bash/CB during Flurry helps, too. Mage is stunned and killed without tanking beyond some basic taunts, Mind Numbing is quite useful, as interrupting casts leads to him meleeing DPSers and risking painful crits. Major part of Negative Energy is covered by Shadow Priests plus there's also LotP.

Sentinels and Spawns are tanked by a single Paladin - decided to go with Deathfrost + CoW + hots from Druid healing door tank(better geared one, which allows for more freedom and occasional swiftmend), with 2 healers(usually Paly + myself) basically spamming him entire time without breaks. The only time it gets dangerous, if he gets another Sentinel spawning right next to him, but beyond that, consant stream of 2 x 5k heals keeps him alive pefectly well. Had some issues with Grounding Totem eating fireballs instead of Blasts, but it's just matter of ground make up.

With 4 - it was much easier, TC + reflecting Void Blasts negated major part of damage, and SR on Paladin makes Spawns damage trivial, allowing help on Sentinels when needed. I was on door duty in this version, but bouncing mending between 2 tanks was also nice help. The only problem is Tank running out of range of his dedicated healer, this is where one of door healers should assist - preferably druid, Swiftmending if needed.
