I agree, but unfortunately even in Europe Credit Card is still the most reliable and hassle free way of handling a payment for the seller. Direct debit or advance payment both come with more risks and more administration overhead.
By the way I noticed a horrendous amount of shipping & handling costs in europe! The authenticator costs 6 Euro and it seems that in Europe the shipping of each authenticator costs 3 Euro - 50% of the product price. Even if you order more than one Authenticator it seems you have to double or triple the shipping costs. I just bought 3 Authenticators for my family and had about 9 Euro S&H.
Is shipping&handling in the US that expensive too?
