So what's the deal with ToL / Bark's Blessing now? About 3 different sources say 3 different things; that ToL is just a flat 5% increase on healing on raid, a second saying that the old ToL is still in the aura, and Bark's Blessing is just an added effect, and a third saying that ToL aura is gone, and Bark's Blessing takes over the 25% spirit to healing effect. Any clarification or proof atm to which it is?
