S3, I started doing arena by going 8/11/42 with an MS warrior 2v. That was how I did the bulk of my learning, and after reaching 1850 with that team we stopped. I then joined a new 2v with a mutilate rogue while running 11/11/39. We capped out at around 1900 by the end of S3. My rogue partner and I are also in the same 3v and 5v teams, and while I understand that the style of play is very different in each bracket, I'm wondering if there's some sort of inherent things that we're not doing right.
A big part to arena especially as a druid/rogue team is anticipation, you'll have a hard time healing up your teammate and winning if you are reacting to what the other team does to you. You want to be pro-active and start acting to counter what the other team is doing and set up your own plan before it's too late, ex. if you start healing your rogue after they have dropped him to 50% hp you have to heal a lot harder and burn more cooldowns, but if you had started a cyclone on the rogue that just kidney shotted your rogue or the spriest that is casting that mind blast then it is much easier to keep him healed. Even just starting the life blooms rolling early helps out a lot.

Another thing I notice most lower rated teams do that you won't see from higher rated players is that they just react to the other team and keep trying to use whatever strategy they used the last time they fought. If the team you are fighting is working hard to counter your strat then switch it up and try something new. If last time you fought that rogue/lock team you sapped the rogue, opened on the lock and blew him up, and this time when you sap the rogue the lock took off running, don't keep chasing the lock. He is just trying to buy time for your cc's on the rogue to wear off, turn around and blow up the rogue. Even if you don't kill him it'll force the lock to come back to save him in a hurry.

Anticipate the other team and be in control, make them do what you want, druid/rogue has a lot of abilities to do that, use them.
