What is the oldest piece of gear you use?

WoW gives us many items. They're grays, greens, blues, purples, and even oranges. They all fill up our bags and our hours in the game. They drive our raid attendance and our questing time. And some, out of all of those thousands of items, mean something to us. We've all got our cherished items, ones that we can't bring ourselves to get rid of.
This isn't about what we don't want to get rid of, this is about what we cannot get rid of.
Last week, I used used two 70 items, which were librams used for PvP reasons because the PvE versions weren't good for PvP. One was the 200 AP proc when Judging Command and the other was 96 spell power added to Flash of Light. I finally got the 1930 rating to be rid of the first this week with the Deadly libram, but still working on getting points to replace the second libram.

Hmm good old days where I used DFT a long, long time on level 70.
Haven't used level 70 items for quite a while now though, the last one was probably the good old Black Bow of the Betrayer. |

Trinkets along with Totems/Librams/etc. are always going to be the most likely culprits here, since they have the most interesting mechanics rather than just raw stats (and because in many cases, the only upgrades there are are somewhat inaccessible, like your Deadly Libram example).
Personally I still have alot of level 70 gear, though mainly thats because I am lazy (particularly with PvP gear). |

At Level 27 I got a "Lucky Rock" from a Primative Chest in Ghostlands. I've carried it ever since, which is about 2 years. I tried leaving it the bank for a day, but felt very uncomfortable... My GF laughs at me for keeping it, but I know she's just jealous... See... I know it's useless junk... but like all good paranoid schizophreniacs I have this awful idea that.. it.. might... just.. work...
