MY COFFEE TASTED TERRIBLE TODAY
Normally it tastes alright, maybe 8/10 stars .. today it was a 3 at best.
Bitter, not just-below-scorching in temperature, and no discernable Vanilla flavor (it is a Vanilla Bean coffee).
I am disappointed that I spent $1.50 on it today. Should have gotten tea.
That is all.
PS: No, I didn't make it. I purchased it at the same little store thing that I always do. Today was just a sad day for humanity and coffeeanity.

I want to live in a country where an 8/10 coffee costs $1.50. I pay $3.50-4 for mine.

Well, most of the time when I get a $3-4.00 coffee, it tastes pretty good. But that's largely because it's a Mochafrappalattechinomonstrosity.
I'm speaking (in this case) to a very barebones 'corner shop' within my work place type of coffee, and the 8/10 rating is based on average quality of this coffee in the past, not on a comparison to all coffee ever. For what it's worth, today's was much better. |

And yeah, in Australia (where Mex and I live) $3.50 is standard for a regular, flat white/whatever cup of coffee. No guarantee at all on the flavour.

I'm starting to agree with that, but then i'd have to steep it myself ... (since i'd want it hot, not cold, as much as I like Iced Tea), and I don't know if I have the time to do that in the morning.
 I've been having tea at home though!  |
