Blogging about WoW, being an officer in a guild, and being older than your average gamer.
A simple life
Posted 05/18/09 at 12:03 AM by pewsey
I started WoW very soon after release on Dragonblight. I started raiding about 2-3 months later.
I've been a raid leader or an officer for nearly all that time. It's a long and thankless task, and one that I've been very grateful to have done.
I've learnt a lot from my guilds, my guildies, various PuGs and I've made a bunch of great friends.
I decided to hang up the boots on 25 man raiding for the forseeable future. It feels a bit strange, but I'm glad I can do it.
Here's to going casual. Huzzah.
