The ring mod #2
"Butter bei die Fische!" how we call it in Germany. I started the first version of the mod. You can track the developement via Google Code SVN.

The background animation is already in there. To bad I cannot do a video. The background is rotating while being half transparent, same goes for the ring texture (the red thing). Thus you can look through the ring. Btw...I love the alpha blending the WoW engine provides. Thus you can have a texture at full alpha but blended. Thus its color will get multiplied with stuff that lies underneath. If you have a very cloudish kind of background it looks pretty cool.
