Bink Gets Annoying PMs, Part I
So, every time someone sends me a silly PM, it's going to get posted here. I know some will think it's "elitist" and "jerky" etc etc, but for once I'd like people to think before asking me something that's been discussed here already, and with a little though you may be able to answer it for yourselves.
As they say, give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you get rid of him for the weekendfeed him for a lifetime.
Critical Mode: On.
I have absolutely no idea how this correlation between LO crits and normal LB crits occured, nor how this mystery "double crit" translates into generating three charges for the trinket. Never mind the fact that the shorter cast times for Elemental actually make the proc slightly less valuable than you'd expect, due to the internal 2.5 second cooldown from generating a "proc" to getting the first charge on a new stack (which means you need to reduce your charge generation by a third of the chance of getting two crits in a row).
Mind you, the spelling, excessive "quotation" use, and the phrase "makes this trinket imba for us" really isn't helping either, but he's a Euro, so maybe that explains it. The recent registration and zero post count also suggests that Harrycane wouldn't survive long on these forums anyway. Especially since his main hasn't even killed anything in ToC10 or 25. (Guild Armory in case the direct link doesn't work due to silly letter use)
