Amazingly enough, if one reads the thread for said spreadsheet there is a convenient discussion on that very subject, with a rough estimation of what the value is, but no, he needs an immediate answer and cannot search/think!

Sadly, the 1-day restriction doesn't apply to PM's as well.
I know I am new to the forums myself, but I can see a very apparent reason for the mute period. |
