Ideally, the suit is put on a hanger that fills the shoulder. It doesn't have to be cedar, but it should be a sturdy material to help keep the shape of the garment. (You can get anything from a $3 hanger from Target on up). If you going to use a pants hangar, you want a really big clip so you evenly distribute the tension on the fabric, using the bottom hem. It takes no grand intellect to discern the difference between a really shitty raider, and a good raider. Most people can tell the difference after just a few moments with said person, or a quick look at the persons talent spec, gearing, and especially the persons choice in gems/enchants. The same goes for telling the difference between a really shitty app and a good app. Further, a well informed and experienced raider, with at least an ounce of tact, can "reform"...

I was part of a raiding team as an officer for the tail end of WoW classic and all of TBC. As with all raiding guilds there were ebbs and flows of raid performance. Before my time Keen Formation was a successful raiding guild that plowed through Molten Core with the best of them but lost steam and ultimately fractured under the stress of two raid teams within one guild.
