To Addon, or not to add on?

This is a question that I've wrestled with several times throughout my WoW career (including on these forums - http://elitistjerks.com/f32/t14581-h...g_necessary/):

How much modification to the WoW UI is required for high-level game play?

I've done serious progression raiding as all three major 'roles' - first as a healer, then as a DPS, and most recently (and for the longest) as a tank. There's definitely major differences in requisite information to be...

Input Devices - Mice

Posted 05/06/09 at 6:05 AM by Vectivus
Since I've had the ability to post this blog for a while, I decided it was time to make use of it. One of the areas that I feel gets precious little attention in the MMO gaming world is the proper equipment for the job - everyone plays, but not everyone truly games.

The first, and most important, point of contact between the player and their PC is the mouse. Almost universally, reflex and precision are tested by the mouse; while in the non-gaming world, specialists and consultants...
