_*Who We Are*_
We are yet another offshoot guild formed when many of us did not feel we had a good chance of succeeding in our previous home. Under new leadership, and with Icecrown on the horizon, we have decided it's time to take raiding a bit more seriously. We're looking for like-minded individuals who can help us to complete ICC and all related hard modes in a timely fashion.

As it is, <Thundergoats> is an untested guild with extremely high potential. Before our recent separation, we were 4/5 25ToGC (Insanity 10man) with no real motivation to even attempt Heroic Anub'arak. (Much to the dismay of everyone here, we cheesed Twins with the door strategy.) Previous to that, most of our members have experience in Hard Mode content - some having achieved their Ironbounds, many with Rusteds. As such, this is a solid group of raiders who want to do well. We do not like catering to those that don't feel the need to push themselves each and every night. Playing at 95% is *not* acceptable.

Obviously we are recruiting because we need people. However, I do realize that joining what is basically an upstart guild can be a worrisome adventure. *Do not* think that we are not serious. Every single member here is giving their full dedication to the guild. We've all been in a guild that just didn't work out, and it so happens that everyone in TG realized that together. We're very lucky to have the solid group that we have. Most break-off guilds seem to flounder and never show what they are capable of - not one person here will let that happen to us. We are all dedicated. We are all skilled. We are all enthusiastic about this guild.

_*Our Humor and Having Fun*_
This is what really sets us apart. We're not a bunch of pricks looking to have a good time by trolling trade chat (usually). As with most good players, poor performance and terrible skill usually gets some kind of mocking from us; but usually the humor occurs in a heavily sarcastic tone that goes over the head of the person it is directed at. If you don't understand sarcasm you will hate me. Hell, most of these people hate me anyways. Bastards.

Please be open to any kind of joking. Race, sex, sexual orientation - we pretty much cover all the bases when it comes to being assholes to our own. If you come here, get offended by something, and complain to me... I *will* laugh at you; and probably the joke that offended you too. God help you if you ever stutter or say something dumb on vent. None of this is meant to be offensive. We like to laugh and jump at any opportunity to do so. It's all in good fun.

Everyone is very active on vent - I guarantee at least one person on 24 hours per day. People run BGs pretty frequently. We like to keep busy when not raiding by farming, running alts, etc. Just whatever passes the time.

_*Raid Times*_
Monday - Thursday
5:30 - 9:30 PST
It should go without saying, but this is WoW and people seem to be clueless of many things, so I'll say it: If you cannot make these times, please don't bother.
Sixteen hours is by no means a hardcore raid week, but we *do* expect to progress more quickly than guilds with similar time investments. Second on the server is easily achievable with this schedule and will be the goal with ICC.

_*Class Needs*_
If your class is listed as at least a "high" demand, plan to be in the first raid we run after you join.

*Warlock*: Extremely high demand. My current roster has zero.

*Enhancement Shaman*: High Demand. Please buff my melee. They offer sexual favors.

*Shadow Priest*: Medium demand. Only running with one mainspec SP 75% of the time.

*Mage*: Medium demand. We could use one other to make for Focus Magic circle-jerk.

*Holy Paladin*: Quality dependent. Might be interested in one.

*Resto Druid*: Quality dependent. Will trial most any decent applicants.

*Resto Shaman*: Quality dependent. Always open, will rarely accept anything.

*Holy/Disc Priest*: Quality dependent. Healer recruitment never closes.

_*Who We Want*_
Quite honestly, we want you if you have read the above information and think you might fit in. That's it.
While I have listed classes I want and need, if you can challenge any one of my raiders for their spot (this includes me) - and *consistently* out-perform them - welcome to the raid group.

_*The Process*_
The following information in a PM would be damned lovely.

1) Character name; class; race.
2) Current server (transfers are welcome, but let's talk first)
3) Link to Armory profile, and explanation of anything that may not be readily apparent from your Armory profile (alternate sets of gear, currently PvP-specced, etc.)
4) List of any serious alts you have
5) What are your usual playing hours? Are there days/times when you are consistently unavailable?
6) Guild and/or Guild History, with explanation of why and how you left and joined your current or prior guilds.
7) Explain what you perceive your character's role in endgame content to be. Explain how your current gear and talent choices mesh with performing that role, and any ways in which you are still working on improving your character. Links to WOL parses to illustrate your points are welcome and very important.
8) Discuss your prior endgame raiding experience and your goals in Wrath of the Lich King raiding.
9) Why do you want to leave your current guild? Why do you want to join this guild?
10) Tell me a bit about yourself. How old are you? Where do you work or go to school? What is your gender? How long have you played WoW? What other MMOs have you played? Add anything else you feel is pertinent.
11) Please list any references (e.g., current/former guildmates) who could vouch for you. They won't be contacted unless your application is seriously considered and we have spoken further.
12) Out-of-game contact information (e-mail, GTalk/AIM/whatever info, etc.)
13) Applications will be posted on an internal forum for review and discussion by members. If you would like more confidential treatment of your application, specify this and explain why.

Please try to put some thought into the application. Specifically points 7, 9, and 10. I took more than ten minutes to write this - you can do the same with your application.

If we think you're someone we would like to have around, we'll get you on vent for an interview/chat. I will respond to every application, good or bad. Feel free to contact me in-game as well if I don't respond in a timely manner, but expect to wait a day or two.

All exceptional applicants are welcome, but to be considered you must have full experience with current end game content among other things we look for. These are all potential full time spots, you just need to be the type of player we're looking for.

*_What we're looking for_*

To be in our roster you must maintain high attendance (90%) any lower and you will not pass the trial phase. We try to keep a small roster so we need all our applicants and members to be here almost all the time ready to raid, 7pm to 1am. We understand there are events where a member cannot attend a raid, you will be allowed to take days off if necessary. However, being an applicant it is almost required to be here all the time.

We at <vodka> are only looking for long term members, we do not want players that will quit as soon as Wrath of the Lich King comes to an end. vodka is not going anywhere, we want members that will be part of our raiding core that will still be with us when we're raiding in Cataclysm. Everyone that joins will be an active raider, you will be given a chance to make yourself stand out and earn your raid spot. Understand that during progression we will do whatever is necessary to make the encounter we're learning as easy as possible, if you cannot handle being sat out for a fight do not waste our time. Please know we are very fair with how we handle sitting out certain classes, everyone will see equal raid time whether it's progression or not.

[Horde][Kil'Jaeden] <IRON> US #63 - Insanity - 3 Raid Groups Clear ToGC

_*BACKGROUND*_
The IRON guild of Kil'Jaeden is the primary focus of the IGC (Iron Gaming Community) which has existed since its creation in May of 1999. The history of this group predates World of Warcraft and has been a highly competitive force in several massively multiplayer games. The core of IRON is comprised of players with an incredible amount of gaming experience, many of whom work in the industry and bring an informed perspective to our strategies. IRON began its World of Warcraft experience early in the beta and has been active on Kil'Jaeden since the servers came online in 2004. With the continual improvements Blizzard has been making to this amazing game we see no end to our career here and look forward to moving up the charts for several expansions to come.

_*GOAL*_
The aim of IRON is somewhat different than that of your typical hardcore guild. Like many ambitious guilds we are not happy with simply being good and strive to eventually be the best. To achieve this, we look at the long term solutions rather than the quick fix. Our goal is to build a strong, resilient community of players that know that their online gaming is a passion and not simply a temporary distraction from life. We seek a mature, accountable membership capable of balancing real life responsibilities with the demanding schedule of a hardcore gaming group. We look for working adults with a stable atmosphere and clear perspective of what they want from the game. In doing this we hope to continue building on our solid foundation a membership that will be here for years to come.

_*RECRUITMENT*_
Currently IRON runs 3 raid groups. Many top guilds have begun to move to this sort of design because it ensures flexibility and a much higher influx of gear. Due to this structure, we are able to support a much larger roster than most guilds. The extra raids also allow us to more easily try out new members, so we encourage players of any class and spec to apply and prove to us they deserve to be here.

If this is the type of environment you've been looking for, please please read the information and application guidelines in this thread (http://www.ironmog.com/index.php?topic=3877.msg40205#new) and send an application to IRONAP@GMAIL.COM including any information you think we need to know. After sending an application, if you would like to follow up, feel free to contact us in game on off raid hours. IRON is a west coast guild that raids from 700-1130 (mon-tue-wed-thu). The majority of our members live in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California.

*_Edge of Insanity (http://www.eoi-guild.com/forums) (A-Bloodhoof) Guild Highlights:_*- 25-man Heroic ToGC 5/5 with *A Tribute to Insanity* and *Realm First "Grand Crusader"*
- Many world & US top 20 WMO parses for multiple classes and players
- Deeply competitive and progression-minded with a non-elitist, social & fun atmosphere
- Algalon dead (8/09) and all Ulduar hard modes complete (7/09)
- Guild is 4+ years old and very stable with mature members
- Sun-Thurs 8-11:30PM EST Raid Schedule - generous DKP system
- 100+ social members - multiple 25-man alt runs including Alt TotGC hard modes
- Many 10 man runs including alt hard mode insanity groups
- High population (no lag), very active server with incredibly strong economy
*Edge of Insanity (http://www.eoi-guild.com/forums)* is looking for exceptional players of all classes and specs to solidify our ranks as we work on A Tribute to Immortality, do PTR testing and await Icecrown. As a guild, EOI strives to be the best, we are never satisfied and we are always looking to better ourselves. Applicants should be highly motivated and capable of playing in a World Top 50 guild. We are not recruiting for the bench and we expect our raiders to know a new fight or a new strategy before even stepping into the instance. *We encourage all exceptional players to apply* regardless of class, and we are especially interested in:

*DPS Classes*- Boomkin
- Shadow Priest
- Unholy/Blood DK
- Ele Shammy
- Mage
- Warlock
- Ret Pally
*Tanks & Healers*- Holy Pally
- Resto Shammy
- Holy Priest
- Resto Druid
- Prot Warrior
*Edge of Insanity (http://www.eoi-guild.com/forums)* is a hard core progression guild although fun, friendship and the fact that this is a game are of paramount importance. We have a tight nit, core raiding team supported by well over 100 social member friends. Our raiding roster is really small, and we expect incredible DPS and healing output from our raiders, so if you're interested in pushing yourself and conquering the toughest content in the game, EOI is probably the guild for you.

If you do decide to apply, please note that we're looking for people with excellent situational awareness, dedication, and a firm understanding of their chosen class and spec (including relevant theorycrafting). We recruit players that play *pretty much* mistake-free. The ability to top healing or damage meters is certainly a plus, but what we're really looking for are players that don't make mistakes which lead to their own death or the death of another player. If you do apply, be prepared to answer questions about your chosen spec and gear, and be able to intelligently defend those choices.

We raid Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 11:30 with invites starting at 7:45. Progression nights can go later. 75% attendance is required, 95-100% attendance is better.

We are a stable guild who just celebrated our 4 year anniversary in Sept 2009. Many of our core members have been together since shortly after release. As we place an emphasis on stability and maintaining a positive guild culture, we are looking for mature gamers who wish to join a team with longevity and success in mind.

*Again, all exceptional players are encouraged to apply. Please visit Edge of Insanity (http://www.eoi-guild.com/forums) for more information and to submit your application. Both public and private apps are available.
*
Please contact Dacrusher, Riddel, Fancee or Bhoz in-game with any questions - if none are on, please ask anyone in guild as to which alts they are playing.

*About Us:*

SPG is a 25 man end-game raiding guild on Ysera, a US-PvE EST server. Founded in 2006 by a group of friends from another MMO, SPG raided on the Kael'thas server for 3 years, until our transfer to Ysera. While we consider ourselves a casual raiding guild, we do expect members to come prepared to raids with the usual list of items that most raiding guilds require: consumables, a working knowledge of the encounter, and an aversion to fire. The guild bank provides guild repairs and fish feasts, unless a generous member puts a feast down first.

*Raiding Schedule and Progression*

We are currently working on Heroic Anub'arak in Trial of the Grand Crusader 25.

Our 25 man raiding schedule is as follows:

Sunday: 8:15pm EST – Midnight EST
Monday: 8:15pm EST – Midnight EST
Wednesday: 8:15pm EST – Midnight EST

We also run two 10 man groups on our off-nights (or one if there aren't enough members online), though attendance for 10 mans are completely optional. Our 10-man groups have both TotGC10 and TotC10 cleared, and will occasionally still run Ulduar10. You can find out more about our progression, 10 and 25, on WoWProgress.com (http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/ysera/SPG).

*Current needs:*

We are currently recruiting any DPS classes and 1-2 tanks, though we're especially in need of an *elemental shaman* and *warrior/paladin tanks*.

*How to apply*

You can apply through our guild forums, which can be reached from SPG (http://wergud.net).

[Horde] [Mal'Ganis] <Keine Neuen> Non-Typical Guild LF Off-Tank And Select DPS.

*_About us:_ *

Keine Neuen was formed on the Mal'ganis server in September of 2007 as a progression guild focused on recruiting a more mature and laid back raiding base. While progression and completion of all raiding content is the ultimate goal of the guild, a tension-free atmosphere is maintained at all times and is just as important to the success of the guild.

While we have a tight core of players who have stuck with the guild throughout BC into WOTLK, we also are very welcoming to new recruits and try our best to acclimate new players in a way that makes them feel welcome and in a way that makes them feel they have found a potential new raiding home in a raiding environment that may not be typical to most raiding guilds. We value players who fit with this guild on a social level as well as on a raiding skill level. We all get along very well with each other; raiding is far more enjoyable when the raid team is able to joke around together, focus together, wipe together, and scream over vent with each other when downing new bosses or completing new achievements.

As a guild that is filled mostly with college students (we have an 18+ policy) and working adults, we do the best with the time we have and this is a major part of our raiding philosophy. For us it's all about _quality over quantity_. We would rather spend fewer quality hours raiding and meeting our raiding and progression goals rather than subjecting people to countless hours of raiding where everyone constantly AFKs with little focus.

Keine Neuen tries to also maintain a civil, respectful, mature, and bigotry-free environment. We do not tolerate people who help create an antagonistic or negative atmosphere.

[u][b]We have cleared Ulduar and TotC. We have started and completed some hard modes in Ulduar and Heroic TotGC and are continuing to work on those while preparing for Icecrown. For a list and to see what we have done, here is our list on Guild Ox::
* Guild Ox Achievement Pane for Keine Neuen (http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?n=Keine+Neuen&r=Mal%27Ganis-US)

*_About You:_*

The ideal candidate will read the following and think "That sounds perfect!"

* You are looking for a guild and raiding atmosphere that is the opposite of what one traditionally finds in 'Barrens Chat' and most other guilds.
* Your main interests are PvE progress, the thrill of downing new bosses, seeing new content, completing hard modes, the enjoyment of working as part of a well-oiled raiding machine and the temporary prestige that comes along with advancement. You don't raid just for loot or to gear yourself up for PvP.
* You're planning on being around until you've beaten the current top-tier content in its entirety. You're not here to "see how this raiding thing is" or because you're suddenly bored with Arena. You consider yourself a long-term PvE raider.
* You aren't fickle. We may not go as fast or slow as you'd like or use the "perfect" raid makeup that you envision, and you are OK with this.
* You realize that learning a boss encounter will involve learning and wiping.
* You read up on encounters beforehand and enjoy going over strategy in advance.
* Your gem choices and talent choices reflect your dedication to raid progression.
* You're able to show up on time and stay for the whole raid.
* You have excellent knowledge of your class and desired raid role.
* You are attentive, situationally aware, and have good reaction time. This means you know how to move out of AoEs, switch targets fast, not explode in the raid, etc.
* You really enjoy your class and desired raid role. For example, if you're a healer, you love to heal, and you are sure this is not going to change.
* You're able to follow instructions.
* You're willing to take constructive criticism (not abuse. _We don't do abuse_). You're also willing to try to learn from your mistakes.
* You're able to use Ventrilo. You don't have to talk, only be able to hear.
* You've got a decent computer and stable Internet connection.

*_Class Specific Notes:_*

Our class needs are based on what we would idealistically love to add at this current time and not because we are lacking completely in these classes.

We run a tight ship in terms of making sure each member of each class gets a fair shot at raiding time. This means that we do not invite our members to our raids randomly, have a great sign-up system in place and have people in charge of class rotations within each class/class role. As a guild that is focused on communication and running things smoothly, everyone is very open with communicating and this helps this system work as well as it has worked for almost 2 years now. This means you may (emphasis on may) sit out at times or get rotated with your other class/class role members. This shouldn't be a foreign concept for you.

*
_Our recruitment is currently open for (in order of priority): _:*

* A Capable and Reliable Off-Tank (Prefer: Paladin, Druid or DK)
*  An Enhancement Shaman.
*  An Elemental Shaman.
*  A Hunter.
*  A Ret Paladin.
*  A Rogue.
*  A DPS Death Knight.

If you think this would be a great guild for you and you meet our criteria after reading our site, feel free to apply. We want to add more solid players to our already existing roster.

*_Our Schedule:_*

We spend four nights a week on progression content in 25 man raids. These are our raid times:

* Monday-Thursday 8PM-11PM Server Time (CST)

*
_How To Apply:_*

We strongly suggest that if anyone is interested in finding out more about Keine Neuen, they read through the Keine Neuen website (http://kn.collapsing.org/index.php).
*Schedule...*
Tue: 6-10pm
Wed: 6-10pm
Thu: 6-10pm
Note: All times are server time which is west coast, east coast raid times are 9pm-1am

*Progression...*
5/5 ToC, 4/5 ToGC
13/13, 8/10 Ulduar
Full details of our progress can be found at http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?a=1&r=Feathermoon-US

*About Pinnacle...*
We're a progression focused raid that pushes content as hard as possible inside our three day schedule (Tue-Thu 6-10pm). With our raid schedule of just twelve hours a week we've managed to stay at the top of progression on the Feathermoon realm. Our raiding environment could best be described as relaxed yet focused and is a major factor in our progression.

*So why join Pinnacle?*
_Consistency_ - Since we formed we've been at the top of Feathermoon raiding. Other raids have come and gone but Pinnacle has been consistent in both our progression and achievements. We've lasted through new content, old content, roster issues, and about everything else that can be thrown at a raiding guild. Through it all we always come out on top and stronger than we were before.
_Culture_ - We aren't a very large guild. In fact only around 30 people are currently are in the guild. Our guild is limited to people who focus on raiding as their primary end game entertainment.
_Excellence_ - We aren't content with mediocrity, we strive to be the best raid possible.

*Potential applicants should meet a few criteria...*
_Reliable_ - Able to regularly make our raid times. We're looking for raiders who can make every raid and not have to afk throughout the raid.
_Skilled_ - Playing your class at 95% is simply unacceptable. If you can't give raiding your full effort or aren't skilled enough to play at the peak of what your class offers do no apply.
_Attitude_ - Progression means wiping, the wrong kind of outlook and attitude won't last long.
_Communication_ - Must have Ventrilo and be able communicate over Ventrilo (you have a mic and use it when appropriate)

*Recruiting DPS...*
As we make the push for realm first Anub'arak and prepare for Icecrown Citadel we're looking for some excellent dps to add to our roster. Why you ask? Undead Crypt Lords and Lich Kings don't kill themselves. As such dps is our primary recruiting focus. If you can output excellent dps and be able to follow strategies and avoid the standard raid damage we're looking for you. There are a few specific classes we'd like to pick up such as shaman, paladins, and death knights, but first and foremost we want quality damage output. Any class we will make room for if you can bring the skill level we are looking for. (Read we'll replace less skilled raiders to make room for you)

*Recruiting Healers...*
Just one. A resto druid is number one on the list for class preference. The only thing we won't take at this time is a disc priest.

*Recruiting Tanks...*
Not open, although we would ideally like to pick up a plate dps with extensive tanking experience to function as a third or fourth tank for specific encounters or achievements.

*How to Apply...*
Send a PM with the following information:
   1. Name
   2. Class
   3. Current Server
   4. Link to your armory profile (mention which is your main spec)
   5. World of Logs or other combat log parse link (more than one preferred, add notes if desired)
   6. What are your playing hours?
   7. What addons do you use?
   8. What is your guild and raid history? (who have you raided and guilded with recently)
   9. What is your character's endgame role?
  10. What is your current and prior endgame raiding experience?
  11. Why do you want to leave your current guild and/or raid?
  12. Why do you want to join Pinnacle?
  13. Tell us a bit about yourself.
  14. References
  15. Out of game contact info (e-mail preferred)

Thanks for taking the time to read through all of our information. I hope to hear from you soon!

Thu: 6-10pm
Note: All times are server time which is west coast, east coast raid times are 9pm-1am
Progression...
5/5 ToC, 4/5 ToGC
13/13, 8/10 Ulduar
Full details of our progress can be found at http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?a=1&r=Feathermoon-US

About Pinnacle...

So why join Pinnacle?
Consistency - Since we formed we've been at the top of Feathermoon raiding. Other raids have come and gone but Pinnacle has been consistent in both our progression and achievements. We've lasted through new content, old content, roster issues, and about everything else that can be thrown at a raiding guild. Through it all we always come out on top and stronger than we were before.
Culture - We aren't a very large guild. In fact only around 30 people are currently are in the guild. Our guild is limited to people who focus on raiding as their primary end game entertainment.
Excellence - We aren't content with mediocrity, we strive to be the best raid possible.

*About Impervious:*

Impervious has been the #1 raiding progression guild on Stormreaver since Molten Core, and is currently ranked among the best guilds in the world. We are always looking to grow our raiding roster with top flight raiders from all walks of online gaming.

*Recruitment:*

General Requirements

* We're looking for outstanding players who have love for end-game progression and are highly competitive players, even if it means slamming your head on the wall for 6 hours.
* We are not here to hold your dick and baby you through content, don't suck.
* Consumables are self explanatory and mandatory during raiding.
* Equivalent or comparable gear as our raid members.
* A working microphone (preferably headset) and Ventrilo are mandatory along with good communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task well and take criticism well.
* Stable Internet/Computer and relatively no hardware/software issues.
* Ability to recognize different aspects of all encounters rather than your own class specific role during an encounter.
* One of the most important qualities we are looking for in a recruit is spatial awareness. We do not want a recruit who falls into tunnel vision staring at their e-peen grow on the damage/healing meters.
Other Information

As a recruit, you will have no priority what-so-ever over any existing members. However, if you consistently perform better than our veteran members, you will be able to obtain a spot over the tenured member.

Membership isn't guaranteed. After attending an extensive amount of raids and having shown exceptional knowledge of your class, you will be invited as a member.

We plan our raids to start at 7:00 pm EST. This doesn't mean logging on at 6:59 and spending 20 minutes in Ironforge and asking for a summon. If this is a scheduling conflict, this guild is not for you.

We like to joke around and give each other a hard time. Simply put, we are quite vulgar at times, guild chat/ventrilo is often rated NC-17. If you are easily offended or annoyed by an array of sketchy topics, chances are this is not the guild for you.

Choose a good time to contact us. The middle of a raid is not a good time.

<Solaris> is an afternoon raiding guild based on the Zul'jin server (Ruin Battlegroup, EST Based server). Solaris • News (http://solaris-zuljin.com/)

We're looking for a few more dedicated and excellent raiders to beef up the squad before Icecrown. We're looking for most classes and specs, the big deal is that you're able to raid during the daytime.

Big Needs:

1 Prot Warrior/Prot Paladin/Tanking DK
1 Resto Shaman/Resto Druid/Holy Paladin/Holy or Disc Priest.
1 Warlock
1-2 Enhance/Elemental Shaman. We could use one of both but someone with both specs well geared would be ideal.

all exceptional players will be considered as well, although we're probably full on hunters and mages right now.

Raid times:

1:30p - 5 EST
11:30a - 4 CST
10:30a- 2 PST

if you're in Europe or elsewhere, hopefully you're used to dealing with crazy US timezones and know what translates to what.

Our progression is pretty typical, we've got all the current content down and we're working on hardmodes of ToC. We have one regular 10-man hard group and we're working on a second which is where you come in! We're not necessarily concerned with your gear as much as we're interested in your attitude and your ability to show up for all or most of the raids. (this isn't to say we want your alts in blues to come and leech loot from us, but if you're slightly behind the curve and you're not decked out in all ToC gear, we'll work with you). 25-man loot is currently handled by a loot council system that prioritizes upgrades for people who can use them the most with respect for people who show up the most. 10-man loot is usually main spec rolls, we haven't had drama with that yet.

If you're interested, check out our website and use the application form.

★ █ Team Ice | U.S. 14th | Tribute to Insanity Complete █ ★

Team Ice is looking for a select number of high caliber players who can step in and contribute immediately. We are currently recruiting the following classes:

* A Holy Paladin. We are particularly interested in applications from all backgrounds due to our high desire. If you feel that you would be able to keep up with current hard-mode content in terms of your skill as a Holy Paladin, please do not hesitate to apply.

* An impressive Shadow Priest who preferably would not shy away from healing if an encounter depended upon it.

* A Feral Druid. Some tanking experience preferred.

* An exceptional Hunter.

If you feel you are an outstanding player and would be an asset to our guild but your class is not listed above, please still feel free to submit an application. We are always open to reviewing any player regardless of class if they possess the drive, dedication, and skill that we desire.

---------------------------------------------

Basic Information:

Guild: Team Ice -- Team Ice :: Current News (http://www.teamice.org)
Faction: Horde
Server: Illidan (PvP/CST)
Battlegroup: Rampage (BG7)
Recruitment Contact: Distomos
Current Progression: WoW Guild Team Ice :: WoWProgress - World of Warcraft Rankings and History (http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/illidan/Team+Ice)

---------------------------------------------

Raid Schedule:

Our raid times are Sunday through Thursday, 7:30pm CST to roughly 11:45pm CST. The time that we end is adjusted to meet our current progression.

---------------------------------------------

About Team Ice:

Team Ice started out as a group of hardcore gamers in EverQuest and moved onto World of Warcraft during beta. We've been on Illidan since release clearing all content and being amongst the first to do so. We were in the top 20 in the U.S. and top 50 in the world to clear Sunwell. We continued that trend in Wrath with our U.S. Horde first kill of 10 man Sartharion + 3 Drakes. We remained in the top 20 in the U.S. and top 40 in the world for Ulduar and TOC progression. Since its creation, Team Ice has evolved into a core of skilled, dedicated friends who strive for success and overcome whatever is put in front of us.

---------------------------------------------

Our Expectations:

Basic Requirements:

* A stable Internet connection: If it is common for you to disconnect when you do half a lap around Dalaran, we might not be the guild for you. Your computer and connection need to be able to handle both current and future content.

* Gear: While it is not necessary for you to have best in slot items in every slot of your gear, it is expected that your current gear reflects the dedication you possess as a raider -- that is, it is properly enchanted and gemmed. Your gear provides insight to us as to how knowledgeable you are of your class and your willingness to put in additional effort into your character.

* Intelligence: We do not ask that you are God's gift to mathematics, but we do expect that you are able to coherently form thoughts and communicate effectively. We expect maturity and professionalism; we are very interested in players who care as much about their guild's reputation as we do.

Desired Traits:

* Initiative: You continually strive to better yourself in terms of your knowledge of boss strategies and are constantly seeking ways to improve your character and your own play-style. You are open to experimenting with different gear sets and always come prepared with the correct consumables, enchants, and a focused attitude.

* Dedication: You intend to maintain high raid attendance to the best of your abilities. You go above and beyond what is asked of you not only in raids but outside of them, as well. We are looking for players who take responsibility for their actions and are someone we can rely on.

* Self-Awareness: You are able to adapt on-the-fly to different situations and are able to juggle more than just the basic assignment requested of you. While we do not expect perfection in your play, we very much expect that you are aware of the areas of play you need to improve on. If you are not able to realize how to fix your mistakes, be prepared for constructive criticism. However, be aware that we are not here to hold your hand and that if you are not a self-starter and are unable to perform/improve by yourself, we might not be the guild for you.

* Personality: We want individuals who are skilled but, more importantly, we want someone that we can tolerate raiding with several days per week. Raiding with us is not a job -- you cannot put on your headphones and ignore the individual in the cubicle next to you. That is not how we work. You're very much a part of the environment. You're able to cut loose, but know when to put yourself together and focus.

---------------------------------------------

How to apply:

To fill out a private application accessed only by our members, please visit our web site at Team Ice :: Current News (http://www.teamice.org) and refer to our "Recruitment" section. Please ensure that the e-mail address that you register with is valid as our primary contact with you will be through e-mail.

If you have any further questions after you've viewed the specifics on our web site, please feel free to contact Distomos in-game or via private message on our forums. We look forward to hearing from you!

* An exceptional Hunter.

If you feel you are an outstanding player and would be an asset to our guild but your class is not listed above, please still feel free to submit an application. We are always open to reviewing any player regardless of class if they possess the drive, dedication, and skill that we desire.

---------------------------------------------

Basic Information:

Guild: Team Ice -- Team Ice :: Current News
Faction: Horde
Server: Illidan (PvP/CST)
Battlegroup: Rampage (BG7)
Recruitment Contact: Distomos
Current Progression: WoW Guild Team Ice :: WoWProgress - World of Warcraft Rankings and History

To fill out a private application accessed only by our members, please visit our web site at Team Ice :: Current News and refer to our "Recruitment" section. Please ensure that the e-mail address that you register with is valid as our primary contact with you will be through e-mail.

If you have any further questions after you've viewed the specifics on our web site, please feel free to contact Distomos in-game or via private message on our forums. We look forward to hearing from you!

*EST/PVE ★14/14 Ulduar + Yogg0, 4/5 HToC★ LF Elemental shaman, warlock (comfortable with demonology), mage, rogue, possible hunter*

Raid times:

Tuesdays: 7:30-10:30 EST
Wednesdays: 7:30-10:30 EST
Thursdays: 7:30-10:30 EST
Sundays: 7:30-10:30 EST

75% attendance is mandatory and raid invites begin at 7pm EST.

*Sales pitch:*

Are you a Self sufficient-Motivated-Alert-Reliable-Talented raider?

Do you consider yourself an extremely skilled and dedicated player but don't want to commit to a hardcore raiding schedule?

If your answer is Yes, then Carpe Diem is the guild for you.

<Carpe Diem> is a long standing established guild on Thunderhorn, having our roots in the begining of TBC and getting KJ down before the start of WoTLK. We have been progressing strong ever since.

Our Philosophy : We don't play much, but when we do, we play to the absolute best of our abilities. We have a number of our raiders hitting top spots on the WMO scoreboards to reflect that. We only have a 12 hour raid week, but we make those hours count. You are expected to be able to take constructive criticism. If you are defensive about everything and anything you will not be the right fit.

*Conquered Feats in WotLK:
*
- H:ToC25 - 4/5
- H:ToC10 - Tribute to Insanity - Server Second (2 unique groups successfully completed)
- Alone in the Darkness - Server First, Death's Demise
- Algalon 25 man - Server First, Celestial Defender
- H:GotUR - Server First
- Algalon 10 man - Server First (Herald of the Titans as well)
- GotUR - Server First (2 unique groups successfully completed)
- H:GotR - Server Second
- GotR - Server First
- 25 Malygos - Server First

Currently we're working full force Heroic Anub in TOC. As a member of Carpe Diem you are expected to keep a competitive edge. Our ideal raider has excellent situational awareness, does not complain when the wipes pile up when learning an encounter and will go that extra mile to maximize their character.
*
What we expect of you:*

Knowledge: We're looking for players who stay up to date on not only all of their class changes and mechanics, but also the mechanics of raid encounters, other classes, and the game in general. Know the fights. Know how to min/max. Know how you should spec and gear for specific encounters. Know how to effectively play your offspec.

Dedication: Can you make our raid times? Are you prepared to give 100% into learning an encounter until we get it down or the raid is called? If your answer is no this isn't the guild for you. We do wipe, and it isn't always pretty, but we expect you to run back quickly and be ready to correct your mistakes.

Experience: If you don't have Yogg-Saron down and at least a little bit of hard mode experience, don't expect a warm reception. Experience in Sunwell or Old Naxxramas is a big plus.

Skill: Impress us. Show that you can consistently top the meters. Show that you rarely make mistakes. Show us that you know how to min/max. Mediocre raiders are a dime a dozen. We're looking for exceptional raiders.

Good Attitude: We don't want people who are just in this for the gear. We don't want people who only show up on loot nights. We don't want people who constantly *%**% and moan about X class or Y boss. We raid to down bosses, get achievements, and have fun.

*Classes We Need:*

Elemental Shaman (1)
Enhancement Shaman (1) --- this would be a backup role primarily
Rogue (1)
Mage (1)
Hunter (1)
Healer (1) --- non-paladin preferred

Keep in mind that this is only a guideline, and all exceptional applicants are considered, so even if you aren't on this list and you think you have what it takes, stop by our website and drop off an application.

*How to Apply:*

Carpe Diem of Thunderhorn Home Page (http://carpediem.invisionzone.com)

You will need to provide us with a WWS or WMO as part of your application. We also ask that all applicants be 18 years old or older. The average age of our guild is 25-30, and we put a strong emphasis on our guild community. While we do place a very high premium on friendship and fun, we also give it our all when we raid. So when your ready to see what hardmode end-game has to offer and free up some time for real life, drop us an application.

You can also speak with any officer in game, just stop over and ask for one!

*_Current Progression:_*
ToGC 25: A Tribute to Insanity
ToGC 10: Three Tribute to Insanity groups every week
Ulduar 25: All hard modes down including Algalon and Alone in the Darkness
*
_Recruitment – As of 11/18/09:_*
Druid – Closed
Hunter – Closed
Mage – Closed
Paladin – Closed

Rogue – Closed
Shaman – Closed

Death Knight – Closed
Warrior – Closed

*We will review EXCEPTIONAL applicants regardless of class openings.*

If you wish to join our ranks, it is first important to understand why we formed this guild. Out of Line was originally formed by a group of friends from a larger “parent” guild on Stormreaver (http://www.wowprogress.com/pve/us/stormreaver) and later faction changed to Horde. We signed our guild charter with the hopes of becoming one of the most competent raiding forces on our server – a goal which we have obtained. If you have the desire to join us in our endeavors, you’d probably do well to brush up on your PVE/PVP skills, since you’ll be doing a lot of it with us.

It should be known that we are extremely selective. We accept nothing less than the best. If you don’t feel that you can commit to our minimum requirements listed below, don’t bother applying.

The ideal candidate for a position in Out of Line is competitive by nature, experienced with end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn, friendly and generous. The ability to attend 90%+ of scheduled raids is very important. *Use of Ventrilo is mandatory, no exceptions. A working microphone is mandatory, no exceptions.*

*Out of Line takes Achievements very seriously.* If you plan on applying to our guild, we will look very closely at how much time you have spent working on them, not only in raids but in Dungeons as well. Don’t bother applying if your achievement history isn’t significant.

Out of Line is not only a hardcore PVE guild but hardcore PVP as well. *The vast majority of our members participate in PVP at some level.* It is highly recommended that you have some PVP background – we will look in detail at your armory profile to see how active you have been. While not all encompassing, we feel PVP helps round out our players skill level and reaction time in a raiding environment.

We are not a family guild. If you are offended by the use of profanity, then please do not apply. Guild chat is filled with adult topics and humor, and if you are offended easily then we are not the guild for you.

Over time, all of our guild members enjoy themselves in a fun, yet competitive environment. We have an extremely low attrition rate and work hard to maintain our roster. Do your job well, and you’ll fit right in.

*Is Out of Line the guild for you?*

-Able to raid on a CST timetable – Sunday through Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays when pushing new content

-Can dedicate 5-6 nights for raiding, from 6pm CST until we are done.

-Able to raid on PTR when it is available

-Excellent situational awareness

-Come prepared for raids (consumables)

-Are dedicated, responsible, willing to learn

-Have end-game experience

-Can take constructive criticism

-Have ventrilo and a working mic (mandatory)

-Are Mature (18 or older)

*Minimum Requirements:*

*Full tier 9 or better – Gear, Rings, and Trinkets should be commensurate with experience level. 2 viable Raiding professions, revered or better Wrath reputations. If you’re interested, you must post a _WoL_ (http://www.worldoflogs.com/), _WMO_ (http://www.wowmeteronline.com/) or _WWS_ (http://wowwebstats.com/) along with your application, and MUST log out in PVE gear for proper armory inspection.*

If we are interested in your app, we will contact you for an in-depth Vent interview (please do not contact us in-game.) Be prepared to answer some critical questions about your raid/achievement experience and your gear/enchanting/gemming choices.

Thanks for your interest in Out of Line!

Just Crusade, an end-game Alliance guild on Elune, is looking for some dedicated players to join our raid force. Raiding only 4 days per week, we've achieved server first clears and titles for WotLK, quickly getting new content and hardmodes on farm. We've been the top guild on the server since the Burning Crusade, and we've been a dominant force on the server since the early days of Molten Core.

Our normal raid schedule is Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, from 7:30-11:30PM EST.

Progression:

We have cleared ToGC 25, achieving A Tribute to Insanity and Realm First! Grand Crusader, as well as Earth, Wind, and Fire on both 10s and 25s. We have A Tribute to Dedicated Insanity on 10s, with a World 5th 10 man Tribute to Insanity kill as well. We're currently farming ToGC 25 and preparing for ICC by raiding on the PTR.

Our Ulduar progression is as follows:
Yogg+0 watchers complete (10 and 25)
Algalon complete (10 and 25)
All other hardmodes complete.

Pre-Ulduar achievements include:
Realm First: Sartharion + 3 Drakes, Malygos, Naxxramas, Black Temple, prenerf Sunwell

Current openings:
Druid - Resto
Paladin - Holy
Warlocks

We're progression focused, but we're also pretty laid back. On the weekends, we run alts 10 and 25 mans, and there's usually a bunch of people online at anytime. We're not elitist jerks, but we all hold ourselves to a pretty high standard of play, regardless of the toons we're playing on.

Our roster is really small, and we recruit people to raid (rather than warm a bench). That said, we expect incredible DPS and healing output from our members, so if you're interested in pushing yourself and conquering the toughest content in the game, Just Crusade is probably the guild for you.

If you do decide to apply, please note that we're looking for people with excellent situational awareness, dedication, and a firm understanding of their chosen class and spec (including relevant theorycrafting). We're also looking for people who are willing to maximize their character's potential, which includes using epic gems and getting the best possible enchants for their gear. If you do apply, be prepared to answer questions about your chosen spec and gear, and be able to intelligently defend those choices.

If this sounds like the sort of guild you'd be interested in applying to, please feel free to come check us out at Just Crusade (http://justcrusade.org) or talk to Stephynnie, Marvel, Perculia or Yubi in game.

Lawn Pirates is a semi-casual, focused progression guild. We emphasize efficiency, hard work, and self-motivation while keeping to a 2 days/week schedule. Lawn Pirates' raiders are active, analytical, and competitive. Many of us have raided with hard-core guilds in past content and have left that environment for a more casual setting to efficiently complete content while still maintaining an active life outside of game.

We are looking for mature and dedicated friendly adventurers to help fill out our roster as we work on ToGC and prepare for IC. We have openings for the following classes:

1 Paladin - Holy
1 Druid - Resto (off-spec negotiable, but geared/experienced balance preferred)
1 Priest - Holy and/or Disc (off-spec negotiable, but geared/experienced shadow preferred)
1 Mage

Skilled players of other classes are welcome to apply, but spots for these roles are limited.

Our ideal applicants are geared for and experienced with the content we are working on (8.5+).

*Current Progression*
* TotGC (25) - Beasts, Jaraxxus, FC
* TotGC (10) - Cleared (tribute to insanity as well!)
* TotC (10) & (25) - Cleared

*Ulduar*
* Ulduar to Yogg (10) & (25) - Cleared
* Ulduar Hard Modes: FL, XT, IC, Hodir, Thorim, Vezax (others in progress)
* Algalon (10) - Cleared

*Server information*
* Realm: Black Dragonflight

* Sunday: 7:00p - 11:00p EST
* Ulduar and ToC/ToGC 10m runs typically take place on off-nights/.weekends

*Expectations*
* High raid attendance. With only 2 days/week of 25m raiding, we want players who can raid consistently as far as real life allows.
* A team player. 25m content requires individuals who can work together productively to accomplish our goals.
* Self-improvement. You understand the mechanics of your class well and work to hone your rotations, spec, and gear as content demands. Awareness of encounters and survivability while being competitive in DPS is what we expect!
* Raid preparation. You visit the guild forum and research new boss fights/strategies before stepping foot into the raid. You are prepared with consumables for progression fights.
* Stable PC and ISP. Constant disconnects or severe latency issues make for an unreliable player.

*Contact information*
* Aeronis (GM)

[Horde][Terenas] <Completely Different> LF 2-3DPS 4/5 ToGC

And now for something <Completely Different>...

In life you will encounter certain situations where you need to learn to work with people who you don't necessarily like. This guild was formed under the principle that raiding doesn't need to be one of these situations. There seems to be this paradigm that in order to be a progression guild you have to give up the feeling that you are playing a game with a bunch of friends. This both false and silly. There is very little reason why the people who you surround yourself with to knockout the toughest content Blizzard can throw your way can't be the same people who you can enjoy endless hours of guild chat and Vent. banter with. Granted they make up a much smaller subset of the WoW population than either of those groups on their own but here at CD we think the extra wait will be worth it.

I've come to the EJ community since I feel that here we have the highest density of the type of players we are looking for. People who, like us, enjoy the process of figuring out a boss fight before there is a manual out on it, people who view gear as a means to an ends and not the ends itself, people who take pride in how well they play their character and not the net iLevel of their gear. Our playtime is less than most other progression guilds, as we lead the lives of grad students, engineers, and parents, but we are hoping that success will not come from who can put in the most hours fastest but from who can most successfully figure out the new content.
Below you will find the relevant info if you are still interested after that wall of text.

Completely Different (http://cd.vitalstuff.org)

*_Raid Schedule: _*

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday(+Thursdays for about a month after new content patches): 6:30-10:30 MST(server time)

*_Guild Progression: _*
Pre-3.1 Progression:
*All heroic content clear (including 3D)*
3.1 Progression:
Heroic: The Secrets of Ulduar
(FL+4, Ignis 4 min, XT hard, IC hard, Hodir Hard, Thorim hard, Vezax hard)
3.2 Progression:
25 man Trial of the Crusader: *Clear*
25 man Trial of the Grand Crusader: 4/5

*_Guild Structure: _*

The leadership of the guild is structured in a way that should be fairly familiar to most of you. There is a Guild Leader who works with a small officer core. The heart of the guild is made up of two ranks in addition to the applicant rank. The Raider rank is for those have the time and attitude to be the driving force behind our progression. The member rank is for those who have the right attitude but just not the time at this point and/or are friends of our raiders.

*_Guild Philosophy: _*
The founding vision of this guild was a progression guild made up of people who enjoy raiding with each other. With this vision we intended to form a guild with a longer shelf life than the top raiding guilds of Terenas are used to. We hoped to take this guild through this expansion and beyond. We now continue to live out this philosophy and it is one of the corner stones to our success.

*_Current Recruitment: _*
The following is a list of the classes and specs we are currently recruiting. We are always interested in adding high quality players to our roster. If your class is not listed but you feel that you are an exceptional fit to our guild please apply anyways. Do to the current nature of the game many raid roles overlap. This means that just because you see DK(dps) and Warrior(DPS) listed it doesn't mean we are looking for 2 players. In this case it is much more likely that we are looking for a single plate dps or a specific raid buff we are currently lacking. If you are a hybrid class and are able to play multiple specs well, it is a huge plus. With dual specs it is very valuable to us to be able to have people switch when needed. This also prevents us from having to recruit more and sub mid raid.

Raid Slots: These are open slots or slots currently filled by standby raiders.

2 Melee
3 Ranged dps
1 Healers
1 Tank

Class Needs:
Death Knights: 1
Druids: 1 (DPS)
Hunters: 1
Mages: 1-2
Paladins: 1 (Ret or Holy)
Priests: 1
Rogues: 1
Shamans: 1
Warlocks: 1-2
Warriors: 1 (DPS)

*_YOU: _*
If you are applying as a raider we expect you to meet the following requirements:

1. Must be able to maintain a 80% attendance percentage. We are looking for someone to integrate into our group, not someone to fill a raid spot every now and then.
2. You must have geared yourself to the best of your ability. We have no issue getting someone geared up to our level but we expect you to have made use of all gear sources available.
3. You must be a PvE focused player. We have some very active PvPers and we are proud of their achievements but this is first and foremost a PvE guild and that must be your priority.
4. You must have a computer and internet connection that allow you to function in a raiding environment.
5. You must have full knowledge of your class and exemplary knowledge of your spec.

*Info about Exodus:*
Exodus was formed on April 17th, 2007. It was formed between a guild merger of Ministry and Fortis, the top 2 raiding guilds on the US server Kel'thuzad. A lot of our raiders have been raiding with Exodus for the full two years, some have even been playing video games with each other for upwards of 5 years. Exodus picked up 7 exceptional players in a slight guild merger, from the guild Gummi Bears at the start of May in 2008. The average age for Exodus is around 20-23.

We have a very flexible roster allowing us to bring the ideal players and classes to the hardest and most demanding encounters. During progression we select the best 25 players based on performance, class, gear, etc. to ensure that we get bosses down as soon as possible. For farm content players will be rotated in for boss fights as they wish for loot, achievements, etc. We take pride in our players ability to put the guild first and foremost.

The guild as a whole is a welcoming place, with a lot of people who love everything about wow, and video games in general. Outside of raiding a lot of our players are very active with other guild members. We have a very large portion of the guild that enjoys arena and are quite good at it. In past arena seasons we have seen upwards of 30 raiding Gladiators per season, as well as some Merciless Gladiators, and more recently; Brutal Gladiators. We also have our fair share of achievement chasers, with five+ players among the highest players in the world on achievement points. World of Warcraft aside, we have players who enjoy playing games outside of WoW.This ranges from WC3 and Diablo 2 to Counter-Strike. We even have people participating over Xbox Live. For people with alts that aren't just their herbalist or source of income, we also enjoy alt raids and gearing our alts.

Our DKP system is a very simple zero sum system(Zero-sum DKP - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft (http://www.wowwiki.com/Zero-sum_DKP)). Two months after an item is purchased for DKP, it gets zeroed out, and the DKP earned from the players in the raid, as well as the DKP spent on the item is removed. This discourages DKP saving, and does not give new recruits a disadvantage upon joining. Recruits are allowed to win items only when no raider needs it. After being promoted to raider, there are no loot restrictions. However we do tend to stack tanks with gear during progression, as well as do an officer loot council on legendary gear, to prevent DKP saving for those items. Everything is done as fair as possible to prevent drama. Offspec loot is free of DKP cost, but is third in priority in this order= Main spec, Recruit, Offspec.

*2. What we expect of you:*

Simply put, *we are searching for the best of the best*. We are not looking for players who log on for raids and log off soon thereafter. We are not looking for anti-social players that don't do anything with us outside of raiding. *We are looking for players who are willing to challenge our current raiders for their raid spots.*

We are looking for very skilled players who know every detail about their class, people who are not going to be quitting anytime soon, and are in it for the long haul. Having a lot of achievement points, high arena ratings, being a gladiator and loving PvP are a definite plus. Having as much experience as possible, as far back as Vanilla WoW beta for example displays how much you know about the game. We are not looking for players who can't take constructive criticism, so having thick skin is a must. We are looking for players who generally enjoy WoW as a whole, people who seek to increase their achievement points, or PvP, and not someone who just logs on for raids and logs off right after. As far as gear and experience goes, we do not have any set in stone rules, however with that being said, having as close to max best-in-slot gear and as much experience as possible is a plus.

To apply to Exodus please click *HERE* (http://www.exo-guild.com/forums/newthread.php?do=apply) - This will take you to our application template. Please take your time in filling this out, as you will be judged on how it looks. We will contact you should we have any questions regarding your application, or if we are interested in picking you to join the main raiding core of Exodus. If you have any questions regarding anything involving recruitment, PM Kaywarrior on the Exodus Forums (http://www.exo-guild.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=11) *_(Do not transfer until we respond via pm or post on our forums!)_*

Info about Exodus:

Our DKP system is a very simple zero sum system(Zero-sum DKP - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft).

*<The Deepwater Pirates>*
Image: http://imgur.com/BE2eI.jpg

*Who we are:*
The Deepwater Pirates is and adult, casual raiding guild and the oldest raiding guild on the Shadow Council server. We were founded by friends to have a good time and enjoy the time we spent playing the game. Our focus is on 25-man heroic raids, but we also have dedicated 10-man groups and abundant 5-mans. We strive to progress in raiding without being too intense.

*What makes us different:*
Our raid schedule is casual, but we are serious when it comes to content. We expect members to conduct themselves like adults and pull their own weight. We have a variety of experience, but our raiders are all expected to be willing to listen, learn and perform. That said, we like to joke around and have a good time, but know when we need to be serious. A good sense of humor and thick skin are a must. *Goblin hatred optional.*

Image: http://imgur.com/bedPK.jpg

*When do we raid:*
Our progression raids are:
* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 6 pm MST (7 CT, 8 ET) until 9 pm MST

We currently have two 10 man groups, and enough people to easily slot a third, that run during offtimes. Please save everyone the time and do not apply to raid unless you can make 2/3 of our raids.

*Raid progression:*

*10 Man:*
* Ulduar - Cleared
* UlduarHM - 9/9
* TOC - Cleared
* TOGC - Cleared - *Mad Skill*

*25 Man:*
* Ulduar - Cleared
* TOC - Cleared
* TOGC - 2/5

*Recruitment Needs:*
* *Enha Shaman - High*
* *Holy Paladin - High*
* *Ret Paladin - Med*
* *Elem Shaman - Med*

*However, if you're an exceptional player, we will consider you regardless of your class!*

*What we offer:*
We are going to take you to prom in our 1987 Pontiac Trans Am with the wicked unicorn impaling the devil on the hood while Rod Stewart's "Forever Young" blasts through the speakers. Your dad will be so impressed. Then we're going to speed off to the soundtrack of "Teen Wolf," while we make your friends jealous and do meth. The school yearbook will vote you "Most likely to kick ass." None of that is going to happen.

We have a fully functional website, progression raiding with fun content on some off nights, social events, impromptu asshatery, a vent server (pretty cutting edge, right?), the best Lobster Bib ever, and a group of generally fun, funny adult people to crack wise and actually enjoy the game with.

*What you give us:*
1. Register and use the website to fill out an app, then we'll schedule either an in game chat or a vent interview. We want to make sure we're as good a fit for you as you are for us. The sooner you schedule this the better your chances are of getting in.
2. Know your class and where to get information on it. Know what mods to use, where to get them, and how to make them work.
3. Use the in game calendar to sign up, and show up to raids when you say you will. Make sure you're educated on the fights we will be encountering.
4. All transfers are at the player's risk! We won't stop trying to recruit until the spot is filled, so the sooner you get an interview and transfer the better your chances.

*If you have questions, or really want a ride to prom, please visit our website at: _the Deepwater Pirates_ (http://www.deepwaterpirates.net) or contact Pals, Philoh, Saurelle or Sugarnaught so that you may be processed, sorted and assigned to a loving human family.*

Trial and Error is the top Horde guild on Draenor (US-PST). We are currently looking for the last few pieces of the puzzle to help us get past heroic 25 man Anub'arak. Our most urgent needs are:

druid (restoration)
rogue
shaman (restoration)
exceptional players of any class

The ideal applicant is someone who does everything possible to get the most out of their character (e.g. doesn't have a gathering profession, didn't hesitate to pay for a race change if it made even the slightest difference to performance, researches their class inside and out). Maturity and a strong desire to overcome new challenges (rather than just show up to farm nights) are also invaluable assets.

We raid from 6 to 11 PM Sunday through Thursday and expect at least 80% attendance during your trial period. Loot is distributed via council.

If interested, please visit Home : Trial and Error - US - Draenor - World of Warcraft - Guild Launch Guild Hosting (http://trialanderror.guildlaunch.com) and submit an application. Alternatively, you can always contact Ughluk, Sargo, Morguth, Rtaath, or Samii in game for further information.

*We Are Currently Recruiting...*
* Druid (Balance)
* Warlock

*We Are...*

A *10-man Only Raiding Guild* focused on progression and achievements. We have years of experience from our members and Officership in both WoW and previous MMOs and a guild raiding history to back it up. With the release of WotLK, we are solely focusing on 10-man content for a variety of reasons, but primarily because our Officers & Members believe a tighter bond and greater challenge comes from the smaller core of players a 10-man raid provides.

We are a very accomplished Guild to date and have cleared all existing Ulduar and ToC Hard Modes, including A Tribute to Dedicated Insanity (http://www.wowhead.com/?achievement=4080) and He Feeds on Your Tears (http://www.wowhead.com/?achievement=3004). We are currently tied as the #1 ranked 10-man (http://www.guildox.com/go/g.asp?a=4&s=1&r=&w=) Strict Guild in the World with a 96% Achievement Completion rate.

We are a good group of people but take the game and raiding very seriously and expect the same of any recruit.

You may read more about us on our About Us (http://www.voximmortalis.com/about/) page.

*Our Raid Times Are...*

Hyjal-US is on Pacific Standard Time and our raid schedule is as follows every week:
* Sunday, 6:30PM - 11:00PM PST
* Monday, 6:30PM - 11:00PM PST
* Wednesday, 6:30PM - 11:00PM PST

*If You Are Applying...*
* You have been playing WoW and/or other MMOs for at least one year.
* You have at least 6 months of total raiding experience.
* You are looking for a long-term Guild with a tight-knit membership core with years of high-end raiding experience and exclusive focus on 10-man content.
* You understand the advantages of a Council-based (http://www.wowwiki.com/Loot_council) loot system that Vox Immortalis currently utilizes.
* You are confident in your abilities when playing your roles in WoW, but remain open to suggestion and improvement.
* You are very aware of your surroundings when in combat during raids. You can properly avoid void zones, breaths, cleaves, swipes, proper distance to others, incoming monsters, etc. while still performing your duties fully.
* You are mature; in spirit if not age.

*Additional Notes*

Vox Immortalis is one of the few guilds that truly means it when we say we solely maintain a roster of full-time raiders. Our current recruitment needs are for one ranged DPS (ideally a Warlock or Balance Druid) to replace a retiring Balance Druid in our roster. *Therefore, we are seeking only those applicants that can attend 100% of raids and can challenge our top DPS on the meters.* We do not have Trial Memberships or the like -- if you apply and are invited, you will be expected to commit as a full-time raid member along with all that entails!

If you meet all the above requirements and are still interested in applying, please fill out our application by clicking here (http://www.voximmortalis.com/apply/). Please, take your time to thoroughly review each question asked as well as your answers. Many applications are discarded outright because the applicant obviously rushed through the process. In most cases, your application will be our first impression of you -- proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and personality go a long way.

Once your application is submitted and reviewed, an Officer will contact you via e-mail or in-game with any follow-up questions we may have. If you have any questions or concerns and would like to contact an Officer before submitting an application, contact: Kulldam or Khrashdin in-game or e-mail us at recruitment@voximmortalis.com (mailto:recruitment@voximmortalis.com). If you feel that you meet most but not all of the above requirements but have reason to believe you would still be a good fit, contact Kulldam or Khrashdin in-game to discuss.

You are confident in your abilities when playing your roles in WoW, but remain open to suggestion and improvement.

You are very aware of your surroundings when in combat during raids. You can properly avoid void zones, breaths, cleaves, swipes, proper distance to others, incoming monsters, etc. while still performing your duties fully.

You are mature; in spirit if not age.

Additional Notes

Vox Immortalis is one of the few guilds that truly means it when we say we solely maintain a roster of full-time raiders. Our current recruitment needs are for one ranged DPS (ideally a Warlock or Balance Druid) to replace a retiring Balance Druid in our roster. Therefore, we are seeking only those applicants that can attend 100% of raids and can challenge our top DPS on the meters. We do not have Trial Memberships or the like -- if you apply and are invited, you will be expected to commit as a full-time raid member along with all that entails!

If you meet all the above requirements and are still interested in applying, please fill out our application by clicking here.

If you have any questions or concerns and would like to contact an Officer before submitting an application, contact: Kulldam or Khrashdin in-game or e-mail us at recruitment@voximmortalis.com. If you feel that you meet most but not all of the above requirements but have reason to believe you would still be a good fit, contact Kulldam or Khrashdin in-game to discuss.

Midnight Sanctuary is a late night raiding guild on Stormrage (an east coast PvE server) looking for skilled and active raiders to fill out our 25 man roster to continue progressing through hard modes and the future content.

*Raid Times:*
We raid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 25 mans with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being open for optional 10 man raids. Our raid times are 11:45pm - 4am server.

*MS- History and what we are looking for :*

Raid slots are available to any player who knows the fights, can show up on time, and are willing to give 110% every night.

Midnight Sanctuary was started roughly 2 years ago during BC as a casual guild made up of a few real life friends and has slowly turned into the raiding guild it is today. We've got an excellent reputation on the server as one of the top guilds as we continually progress through content.

Our focus is to down all available content including hard modes and we work to attract like minded people able to follow directions, work together as a team, and accomplish those goals and keep them as long-term members. We want our entire guild to be the core, not a select few players which we've been working towards.

*Midnight Sanctuary has completed the following hard modes:*

Ulduar (25 Man)

- "Orbituary"
- "Heartbreaker"
- "I Choose You, Steelbreaker"
- "I Could Say That This Cache Was Rare"
- "Lose Your Illusion"
- "Knock, Knock, Knock on Wood"
- "Firefighter"
- "I Love the Smell of Saronite in the Morning"
- "One Light In The Darkness"
Which sums up to: Ironbound Proto-Drakes

Trial Of The Grand Crusade (25 Man)

- "Beasts of Northrend"
- "Lord Jaraxxus"
- "Faction Champions"
- "Twin Va'lkyr"

We are currently clearing heroic toc 25 and working on heroic Anub'arak and Algalon 25.

We also have 10 man raids that have cleared all available content including Algalon, and ToC Hardmodes.

*What we need:*

1 Shadow Priest
1 Death Knight (dps)
1 Rogue
1 Arms Warrior

*How to apply:*

To apply, please go to our website at : Home : Midnight Sanctuary - US - Stormrage - World of Warcraft - Guild Launch Guild Hosting (http://www.midnsanc.com)

Your first impression will be made with the app itself so be creative, show us what you're made of and put in as much effort into your app as you would in any raid you would expect to attend. We're always accepting exceptional applicants even if your class may be closed.

*_About Us_*

Aftermath was created near the launch of Warcraft from a group of serious players who were interested in seeing end-game content. Over four years of consistent and stable progression, we have evolved into a mature guild concentrated exclusively on PvE progression. While many of our members enjoy the arena game, we expect them to be primarily dedicated to raiding. We put a lot of effort into our progress, but we never ask our members to raid extra hours outside of our schedule. Our focus is always the enjoyment of the raiding experience over our ranking and progression. Our first KJ kill was 2008-07-27, US #41. Our Algalon kill was US #19. We are currently trying for Mad Skill/Insanity while waiting for the release of Icecrown and farming ToGC.

As for Wrath progression, here are the dates of the important 25-man achievements.

Code:
---------
Call of the Grand Crusade 10/07
Heroic: Alone in the Darkness 8/27
Heroic: Observed 7/19
Heroic: Firefighter + Heroic Glory 6/30
Heroic: Knock, Knock, Knock 6/18
Heroic: Immortal 3/12
Heroic: You Don't Have an Eternity 1/16
Heroic: Twilight Zone 1/08
---------
*_About You_*

A desirable candidate for our guild is a mature player who continually seeks to improve his or her character. We do not typically recruit players who log on to raid and are never seen otherwise. Ideally you are interested in getting to know our members and becoming part of our family, for lack of a better word. I encourage potential applicants to get to know a few of us on Ventrilo, or listen while we raid to make sure our atmosphere likens to your personality.

*_Class-specific Notes_*

Right now our class needs are as follows. Our roster is pretty solid but we do need to fill a couple gaps. A hunter who can stay connected to the server would be extraordinary. Please note that we are constantly seeking exceptional applicants of every class, so take the following list lightly. If you struggled with Onyxia nearly four years ago and clocked a level 60 KT kill, compete for gladiator in multiple brackets every season, or have an extremely high amount of achievement points, I would love to hear from you regardless of what class you play.

1 Holy or Ret paladin (the ability to dual spec both of these would be a bonus)
1 Prot+Fury Warrior (being exceptional at both specs is required)
1 Hunter
1 Warlock

*_Our Schedule_*

We raid four days a week during progression. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm PST. Sunday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm PST. Our Sunday raid typically ends earlier, but we keep the time slotted in case we run into issues or are close to a kill.

*_How to Apply

Applications are done exclusively through our website forums, Aftermath Forums (http://www.aftermath-guild.com). If your class is not listed, please contact me directly before applying.

_*About Us*_

<Unknown> of Andorhal is seeking several additional players to bolster our raid team.

If you are seeking a solid raiding guild where you actually like the people you play with, you might consider us. We are guild of both raiders and casual players (although the casual players are not invited to raids). Our raid team is very competent, but we also place great importance on the character of our members. You will not find much drama or immaturity in this guild, and those who would bring such things will be quickly removed. Most of our members are college age or older.

We use a modified loot council system. The officers generally attempts to place gear where it will be most helpful to the raid, although we do have mechanisms for distributing trophies and highly sought after items fairly.

_*About You*_

You must be a mature, intelligent, and good-natured person who is helpful and gets along easily with others. We prefer players who are respectful and know when to talk, and when to be quiet and listen.

You should be a competent player who demonstrates mastery of your class and enjoys theorycrafting. You should have good situational awareness and instincts that are conducive to progression raiding. You should also be a responsible raider who shows up on time, prepared, repaired, and knowledgeable about the mechanics of the fights.

You must have gear appropriate for Heroic 25-man ToC. Players are expected to raid 10-man's, farm badges, and obtain craftable gear to keep their characters in the best shape possible at all times. All gear much be epically gemmed and enchanted as appropriate for you class/spec.

You need to have a stable Internet connection, a decent computer, and microphone to talk on vent.

_*Our Current Needs*_

Our most urgent needs are:

Deathknight - DPS/Tank
Shaman - Resto

However, we would like to recruit 3-5 new members, so other classes are encouraged to apply. We would also entertain small groups of raiders who would wish to join as a group, assuming all of our requirements are met.

_*Raiding Schedule*_

12 hours per week.

Tuesday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST
Thursday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST
Sunday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST

Our expectation is 90% or better raid attendance. There are several 10-man teams (and alt teams) that run on off-nights and weekends.

_*How to Apply*_

1) Visit our website by following this link -- Home : Unknown - US - Andorhal - World of Warcraft - Guild Launch Guild Hosting (http://unknown4life.guildlaunch.com)
2) Complete the online application.
3) If you seem like you would be a good fit, one of our officers will arrange an interview on vent.

Our Current Needs

Our most urgent needs are:

Deathknight - DPS/Tank
Shaman - Resto

However, we would like to recruit 3-5 new members, so other classes are encouraged to apply. We would also entertain small groups of raiders who would wish to join as a group, assuming all of our requirements are met.

Raiding Schedule

12 hours per week.

Tuesday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST
Thursday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST
Sunday: 7:45 EST - 12:00 EST

Our expectation is 90% or better raid attendance. There are several 10-man teams (and alt teams) that run on off-nights and weekends.

*About Us*
<Bad>, the top guild on the PVP server Dragonmaw, is looking for a few new members to bolster our ranks as we go for Tribute for Insanity to finish off this tier of raiding and get the final Realm First title on the server.

We're a quickly-progressing guild, having rerolled horde after BT was released and pushing Illidan in 6 months. We completed all of the content available to us in TBC, clearing Sunwell prior to the 3.0 raid nerf. We have beaten all starting WoTLK content in 10 days of release, and cleared Ulduar in the first raid week of 3.1 and progressed competitively through the hard modes. More recently, we scored the realm first Anub'arak Heroic kill, then the following week grabbed a 48 attempt kill, missing the 50 mark due to disconnects. We have grabbed every single Realm First title along the way and consistently stayed in the top 100 in the US. However, as the seasons change, so do people, and we're finding ourselves looking for a few more excellent players to add to our roster.

If you don't love to raid - and the work entailed therein - this is not the place for you. If you can't maintain patience and a positive attitude in a raiding environment and aren't receptive to what can at times be considered "extremely harsh" criticism, this is not the place for you. We're quite vulgar, and can be real assholes at times. We are definitely not a "family orientated" guild. If you mess up, trust me, you'll never hear the end of it.

*Raiding Schedule*
Monday: 5:30 PST -10:00 PST
Tuesday: 5:30 PST -10:00 PST
Wednesday: 5:30 PST -10:00 PST
Thursday: 5:30 PST -10:00 PST
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Sunday: 3:00 PST -10:00 PST

*What we are looking for*
_High_
Priest - Shadow
Paladin - Holy

_Low _
Druid - Balance

And of course, exceptional players of any class/spec are more than welcome to apply.

*What we expect*
-letting an officer know if you will be late/missing a raid day
-good attendance (80%+)
-be highly knowledgeable of your respective class and its various specs
-stable internet connection and non-terrible computer
-a working mic and the ability to respond on Ventrilo
-ability to take harsh criticism
-thick-skinned; many of us are quite vulgar at times

*How to Apply*
Apply at our website here: Bad Guild - Damn we suck (http://www.damnwesuck.com)
If you have any questions or are itching to app, please visit our website or create an alt on Dragonmaw and feel free to message or mail Lauramars, Edgeicator, or Zimmi.
