Welcome to the latest guild-purge; this time initiated from the forums-side of things. We like to do this once every 6 months or so to make sure our rosters are current and to de-auth inactive forums accounts to keep everything kosher. Here's what's going on and what you need to do to make sure you avoid a purge:

1. Every member has been moved to a new user group for reauthorization.
2. You need to post a new authorization request in this forum after having updated your profile (seriously, if its not current you won't be getting authed). In your authorization request please make sure to list any alts that you have guilded as well.
3. After having confirmed your mains and alts, one of the moderators will re-auth you as a member.
4. You have 2 weeks from today (until 12:00AM EST Saturday, November 26th) to complete reauthorization at which time all users in the reauthorizing user group will be converted to ex-* and moved to Former Members. You don't want this.

At some point we will probably compare lists of mains and alts that are claimed to be guilded with the online membership roster to get rid of errors between the two so make sure you list everyone you have in the guild.

To reiterate:

YOU MUST LIST YOUR GUILDED ALTS IN THE POST REQUESTING REAUTHORIZATION.

If they are not guilded, we don't care about them.

If you have no guilded alts, say so.

Do all of this in your reauth post.
