Only if he agrees. Just because you group up with us once our twice, that in its self doesn't earn you access to the Scheduling Forum. You need a member to vouch for you and to put their reputation on the line for you.

For what it's worth, I'd gladly sponsor both these guys. I've grouped with them more than once.
