PTR-shaman elemental focus question

the clearcasting effect will now go off from any spell critical, but will it only affect damage spell costs? or any spell?

Still only damage spells IIRC.

Elemental focus

Requires 10 points in Elemental Talents

After landing a critical strike with a Fire,
Frost, or Nature damage spell, you
enter a Clearcasting state. The
Clearcasting state reduces the mana
cost of your next damage spell by
100%.

Just to verify, will any crit within a chain-lightning proc the clearcasting, or is it only if it crits on the first target?
